These terms are the agreement between you and Busycorefit LLC for your use of Paira. Please read them — they explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Paira is an AI-powered personal stylist and digital wardrobe app operated by Busycorefit LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at buildpairaapp@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using Paira, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Paira. The app asks for your age at sign-up and does not permit accounts for anyone under 16. If you are using Paira where local law requires a higher age of digital consent, you must meet that age.
You need an account to use Paira. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Please give us an email address you actually control — it is how you recover access.
The photos you upload and everything you add to your wardrobe remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
To make the app work, you give us permission to store your content and to process it for the features you ask for — removing backgrounds, recognising items, generating outfit suggestions (including your daily Today's Look), producing virtual try-on images, and displaying the clothing photos on a voting page when you choose to share one. This permission exists only to operate Paira for you, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
Paira can send optional reminders and daily inspiration, scheduled on your device. They stay off until you turn them on, and you can turn any of them off at any time in Settings.
We do not use your photos or your wardrobe to train AI models, and we do not sell or license your content to anyone.
You are responsible for what you put into Paira. Please do not upload:
Paira is designed for photographs of clothing and, for virtual try-on, a full-body photo of yourself. It is not a general photo-sharing service.
Every time Paira's AI features run, they cost real money. To keep the service fast, affordable and fair for everyone — and to stop automated abuse — some features have limits. We have set them so that ordinary use never comes close. Here they are in full, so nothing comes as a surprise.
We may adjust these limits as the service evolves. If we reduce them in a way that matters to you, we will update this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
When you ask friends to vote on an outfit, Paira creates a web page and gives you a link. Anyone who has that link can open it — no account is needed. The page shows the clothing photos in that poll and the note you typed about the occasion.
Your body photo and your virtual try-on results are never included in a shared link. Even so, please share voting links only with people you trust.
Paira's outfit ideas, style analysis, weekly plans, packing lists and shopping suggestions are generated automatically. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and they can be wrong or unsuitable. Virtual try-on produces an approximation of how an outfit might look — it is a generated image, not a photograph, and real fit, colour and drape will differ. Use your own judgement, particularly before buying anything.
Paira may suggest items that would round out your wardrobe and link to an online retailer. We may participate in retailer affiliate programmes, which means we could earn a small commission if you buy something after following one of our links — at no extra cost to you. Where such links are active, this is disclosed in the app.
We do not sell anything ourselves. Once you leave Paira, the retailer's own terms and privacy policy apply, and any purchase is between you and them.
Paira Premium unlocks the features marked as premium in the app. It is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through your app store — Google Play on Android, or the App Store on iOS — in two plans:
Your subscription begins as a paid subscription straight away — there is no free trial. You are charged when you confirm the purchase in your app store (Google Play on Android, or the App Store on iOS).
What you pay. The amounts above are in US dollars. What you actually pay can differ because of your country, local pricing, currency conversion and any applicable taxes. The price and terms shown on your app store's purchase screen at the moment you subscribe are the ones that apply. If we change our prices, the change applies to future renewals only, and your app store (Google Play or the App Store) will notify you — and ask for your agreement — where its rules require it.
Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your app store account (Google Play or the App Store) when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription then renews automatically for the same period, and is charged again each time, unless you cancel first.
Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your app store's subscription settings — on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your app store's cancellation rules and timing apply. Cancelling does not normally end your access straight away: unless your app store's rules provide otherwise, Premium remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. Deleting the app or your Paira account does not by itself cancel your subscription — cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
Refunds. Because purchases are made through your app store, refunds are handled by that store — by Google under Google Play's refund policies on Android, or by Apple under the App Store's refund policies on iOS — together with any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. We do not offer a separate refund guarantee of our own. If something has gone wrong, write to us at buildpairaapp@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
What Premium includes. Premium unlocks the premium features and gives you virtual try-on credits: 40 credits for each subscription month. Annual plans receive their credits monthly in the same way — not as a single yearly allowance. The full rules, including how a credit month is counted and what happens when you change plans, are set out under “Usage limits and fair use” above.
Credits are not money. Try-on credits are a usage allowance inside Paira. They have no cash value, cannot be bought separately, transferred, sold or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other payment.
Changes to Premium. The features included in Premium may change as Paira develops, as described under “Usage limits and fair use” and “Changes to these terms”.
Paira is built on services provided by others — Supabase (hosting, accounts, storage), fal.ai (AI processing), Open-Meteo (weather) and Netlify (the public voting page). Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what each one receives. If one of these services is interrupted, parts of Paira may not work until it is restored.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent: your photos, wardrobe, saved outfits, wear history, polls and account are erased and cannot be recovered.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to abuse the service, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
We work hard to make Paira reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that its suggestions will suit you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paira is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Busycorefit LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paira, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country that cannot be waived by agreement.
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and significant changes will be announced in the app where appropriate. Continuing to use Paira after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
